BIG BUG - Cannot load saved games - DO NOT UPGRADE

Work normally until I choose > Start Game > Load Game, shows load screen with progress bar, completes then Black Screen.
All my saved games result in same error: load screen completes, black screen, stalled. Occassionaly the game crashes with this error screen:
"Exception raised
Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000014.
Do you wish to debug it?”

Yes, we do wish it to be debugged. Rockstar, PLEASE DEBUG.
