Great Game Horrible Update

Great game but very frustrated with the most recent update. Have countless hours in the game over the past 6 months. Rockstar recently sent out a minor update to fix bugs. Well, turned out the so called update removed a dozen songs from the game and introduced a new bug that prevents saved games from the previous version from loading. Tech support runs me in circles having me do things that doesn’t make any sense towards fixing the problem (I’m a Software Developer). Seems instead like they’re trying to tire me out so I just give up on gettin it fixed. Shame on you Rockstar for crapping on your customers.
